The price, and the staff was very helpful and kind, and relatable. Alot of hotels have front desk people that can be stuck-up or judgemental. The ladies at the front desk here were very kind and not stuck up at all

I travelled to Kennewick for the Hydro Races. I was looking for a reasonably priced place where I could just crash after a full day at the races. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was amazing. Staff was very professional and responsive. I will be back next year.

The location and the coffee stand in the parking lot helped a lot. Since we didn't know any other coffee stands were in the city. Easy access to 395.

Everything was perfectly fine, if not better than I expected. There was an unfortunate loss of power for a while during the night of our stay, and I wish it hadn't been as expensive as it was but it was a busy weekend so I understand and am grateful :)

Our last experience at this econolodge was a bad one but we have stayed here many times so we decided to give it another chance. We were treated well this time and the room was clean and quiet.

Great value for the dollar. Everything worked out very well. Room was clean and neat. Good lighting, multiple electrical outlets.

Clean, safe, and had all the essentials. It had a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Close to coffee shops and some restaurants.

Booking .com messed up real bad. I paid for room but something on bookingv. Comsvend was messed up and I couldnt get in room I paid for the desk clerk finally got a hold of her boss and I was able to get in room I paid for. Desk clerk went over and beyond exoectationd.
